What are the 14 declarable allergens?
Celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, and sulphur dioxide (at levels above 10mg/kg).
Do I need to list allergens on my menu?
You must either list them on the menu or have a clear written notice directing customers to ask staff. Verbal information alone is no longer sufficient under Natasha's Law.
